Dante Personnel Recruitment (Pty) Ltd is seeking a Senior Litigation Attorney for our Cape Town CBD office. You must be an admitted Attorney with strong post-qualification litigation experience and a proven ability to manage complex matters.

This senior role demands confident court appearances and adept client relationship management. You will draft pleadings, handle general and commercial disputes, and manage matters in High Court and Magistrates' Court.

Qualifikationen

• Admitted Attorney with 5+ years' post-admission Litigation experience.
• Confident appearing in Court and representing Clients.
• Experience consulting with Clients and managing Client relationships.
• Strong Litigation drafting and Case management skills.
• Strong experience in General and Commercial Litigation, including High Court and Magistrates' Court matters.
• Experience in commercial disputes.
• Exposure to employment and labour law disputes advantageous.
• Excellent client communication skills and the ability to manage a varied caseload.

Aufgaben

• Will appear in Court on behalf of Clients and manage litigation matters.
• Draft pleadings, motions and case documentation with precision and timeliness.
• Manage a diverse caseload across general and commercial disputes.
• Liaise with Clients to provide updates and strategic advice.
• Collaborate with colleagues to prepare for High Court and Magistrates' Court matters.
