Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Licensed Aircraft Engineer qualification (e.g., Cat A, B1, B2, C).
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in aircraft maintenance and certification.
• Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex aircraft system issues.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections, diagnostics and repairs on airframes, engines, and systems.
• Supervise junior technicians ensuring safety and quality standards.
• Maintain detailed maintenance records per protocols.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex malfunctions and coordinate with parts teams.
• Ensure compliance with civil aviation authority regulations and company policies.
• Develop and implement new maintenance procedures and improvements.
