Qualifications

• LLB degree or equivalent legal qualification.
• Minimum of 7 years' experience in legal compliance, corporate governance, or risk management.
• In-depth knowledge of South African laws and regulations relevant to the industry.
• Proven experience developing and implementing compliance frameworks and policies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and project management skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage the company's comprehensive legal compliance program.
• Conduct regular risk assessments to identify compliance vulnerabilities and mitigate.
• Draft, review, and update policies to align with legal and regulatory requirements.
