Responsibilities

• Facilitate Education and Training of specialist student nurses in clinical and theory.
• Guide and support student nurses effectively.
• Exercise control over specialist student nurses.
• Implement assessment strategies to determine students’ competency.
• Support college vision and participate in meetings and college activities.
• Participate in scholarly research and community engagement.
• Contribute to curriculum implementation, monitoring and review.
