Job summary

Stellenbosch University, through Stellenbosch Business School, seeks a Senior Lecturer in Leadership Coaching to design and facilitate modules within the MPhil in Leadership Coaching and other postgraduate programmes. You will collaborate with academic staff to deliver transformative learning experiences and contribute to curriculum development and accreditation processes.

Qualifications

• PhD or doctoral equivalent in organisational/executive/leadership/managerial coaching or related field from a recognised university.
• Evidence of practicing as an organisational/executive/leadership/managerial coach.
• Membership of a recognised coaching body (EMCC, ICF, COMENSA).
• Experience in teaching, delivery, assessment, and student support at postgraduate level.

Responsibilities

• Design and facilitate leadership coaching modules in the MPhil in Leadership Coaching and related postgraduate programmes.
• Collaborate with academic staff to deliver transformative learning experiences.
• Develop and review curricula to ensure quality and accreditation alignment.
• Build relationships with coaching bodies, industry partners and clients to support teaching, research and supervision.
• Provide individual and group coaching supervision to students.
