Hollywoodbets, based in Umhlanga, Durban, seeks a Senior Trainer to design, facilitate and continually improve learning and development programmes aligned to business strategy. Join a dynamic Purple Team driving growth across Africa and beyond.

You will lead needs analysis, curriculum design, delivery, and measurement to maximise employee capability and business impact. Responsibilities include blended and e‑learning, LMS management, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure learning initiatives

Qualifications

• Design, develop and deliver learning programmes aligned to business needs.
• Experience with e-learning and blended learning approaches.
• Strong facilitation and learning design capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and assess outcomes-based training aligned to business needs.
• Research, evaluate and implement innovative facilitation methods.
• Develop pre- and post-training assessments to measure learning impact.
• Consult with and support learners outside of sessions as required.
• Maintain an up-to-date and organised e-learning library on the LMS and Teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to report on effectiveness and ROI.
