You will supervise technicians, troubleshoot complex systems, ensure safety, and drive maintenance strategies to improve asset reliability while supporting environmental sustainability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or diploma in electrical or mechanical engineering or related field.
• Minimum 6 years in power generation, with supervisory exposure.
• Strong ability to read engineering drawings and schematics.
• Experience with renewable energy tech (solar, wind, hydro) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise technicians in installation, maintenance, and repair of power generation equipment.
• Perform diagnostics of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems to find root causes.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and inspections for asset longevity.
• Oversee commissioning of new units and major component replacements.
• Interpret manuals and schematics to guide activities.
• Ensure adherence to safety, environment, and company policies.
• Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with procurement.
• Develop maintenance strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Train and mentor junior technicians for safety and skill growth.
• Prepare reports on maintenance activities and asset performance.
