Job summary

Accso is a digital partner for sophisticated custom software solutions with an AI-native mindset. We design, develop, and implement software for major German customers, applying AI methods across the lifecycle. You lead technical teams, mentor colleagues, and actively contribute to successful, agile project execution.

You will work in consulting and software development projects, with multiple industries and high-tech environments, in a dynamic team focused on quality and learning.

Qualifications

• University degree in computer science or related field
• At least 8 years of professional software development experience
• Enjoy working with agile methods such as Scrum or Design Thinking
• You work self-independently and contribute actively to the team’s success
