Job summary

DG Murray Trust, in collaboration with the National Department of Social Development (NDSD) and the National Treasury, seeks an Information Technology System Administrator to advance the Data warehousing system and BI dashboards for evidence-based decision making.

Role focuses on data accuracy, knowledge sharing, and supporting funded and unfunded NPOs with system development and monitoring activities within the DSD structures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information management technology, data science, or a related field.
• Post-graduate degree will be added advantage.
• Knowledge of M&E processes will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Complex system analysis to inform the NPO funding and management system.
• Build and enhance software systems to meet business requirements.
• Design, develop and maintain APIs/integrations.
• Data management including data collection, storage, and retrieval with quality and security.
• Stakeholder management and knowledge sharing with internal stakeholders.
• Generating regular user training manuals and updates.
