Job summary

People Dimension is seeking a data analytics professional to report, analyse, and interpret datasets to support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency across the organisation. You will maintain data quality, build Power BI and Excel reports, and communicate insights to management.

Purpose:

To accurately report, analyse, and interpret product and policyholder data to support strategic decision‑making and operational efficiency across the organization.

Key Objective:

Ensure timely, accurate, and comprehensive data reporting, analytics, and insight generation across all business units.

Duties & Responsibilities

DATA MAINTENANCE & QUALITY CONTROL:

• Clean, validate, and organize datasets

• Identify trends and anomalies

• Document data transformation processes

• Reconcile data across systems

• Implement data quality improvements

Package & Remuneration
