• Matric and a bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related field.
• PM certification (PMP/PRINCE2) preferred.
• 7+ years in IT or programme/project management.
• Experience with SAP/Workday in retail or multi-channel environments.
• Strong communication and executive stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full delivery lifecycle of large IT and business transformation projects.
• Manage planning, execution, tracking, and delivery of multiple enterprise initiatives.
• Oversee SAP and Workday implementations and upgrades.
• Coordinate integration across finance, HR, supply chain, and retail.
• Govern project budgets, risks, and reporting to executives.
