Qualifications

• Honours degree or equivalent preferred.
• Project management certification (PMP/PRINCE2) required or beneficial.
• 8–10 years delivering complex IT or engineering projects.
• Minimum 5 years in a senior project management or programme management role.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of complex IT and platform projects.
• Define scope, timelines, and deliverables aligned to business objectives.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and risk registers.
• Lead cross-functional teams across technical and business units.
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies proactively.
• Oversee data migration, system implementation, and legacy decommissioning.
• Ensure quality delivery through testing, governance, and execution control.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication, reporting, and governance processes.
• Monitor project budgets, costs, and financial performance.
• Drive change management and ensure successful user adoption.
• Ensure governance, regulatory, and security requirements compliance.
• Provide regular reporting at executive and stakeholder level.
