Job summary

Parvana is recruiting a Senior Infrastructure Architect to lead enterprise infrastructure, networking, cloud, and cybersecurity efforts from our Cape Town hub. You will spearhead architecture standards, guide large, distributed engineering teams, and ensure secure, scalable integration of new sites across the Group.

The role requires extensive leadership experience, deep knowledge of Azure, Entra ID, AD, and Windows Server, and a proven ability to drive Zero Trust and defense-in-depth programs

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise infrastructure, networking, cloud, or cybersecurity.
• 5+ years in senior leadership or architecture roles across locations.
• Strong experience with Azure, Entra ID, AD and Windows Server.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain enterprise infrastructure architecture, standards, and growth roadmaps.
• Review complex designs, manage technical debt, and provide senior technical direction and escalation.
• Lead, mentor, and develop globally distributed engineering teams.
• Oversee the integration of new business sites into standardised Group environments and practices.
• Act as senior technical lead during major infrastructure and cybersecurity incidents, directing containment, investigation, and recovery.
