Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in storeman/warehouse.
• Experience in manufacturing/electronics environments preferred.
• Experience handling ESD-sensitive electronic components preferred.]

Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: receipt, storage, issuing, and dispatch of materials and finished goods.
• Maintain real-time stock records in ERP and document transactions.
• Plan cycle counts and support annual stock takes.
• Investigate and resolve stock variances.
• Kit and stage components for production lines.
• Support refurbishment and repair work orders by ensuring availability of components.
• Monitor stock levels against min/max and reorder thresholds.
• Identify and escalate inventory shortages affecting production or service.
• Warehouse Operations: receiving, put-away, picking, kitting, and dispatch.
• Ensure compliance with inventory control procedures and 5S standards.
• Goods receiving & quality control: inspect incoming goods against PO and quality requirements.
• Escalate damaged/non-conforming goods; maintain certificates of conformance and traceability.
• Team Leadership: supervise Storemen and Store Assistants; allocate work; training; performance management.
• SHEQ & Housekeeping: enforce safety, 5S, and handling of ESD-sensitive components.
• Reporting & continuous improvement: stock and obsolescence reports; pursue cost reductions and process improvements.
