Responsibilities

• Manage receiving, storage, issuing, transfer and preparation of export materials per procedures and governance requirements.
• Receive stock and non-stock items accurately against orders and delivery notes.
• Escalate discrepancies, shortages, damaged goods, and documentation errors for resolution.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by monitoring stock levels and resolving variances.
• Assist with selecting, packing, labelling, staging and verifying materials for export dispatch.
• Coordinate with internal customers, vendors, drivers, freight forwarders and Supply Chain stakeholders to meet export needs.
