BDO Wave South Africa is seeking an Internal Audit Senior Executive based in Cape Town to lead defined areas of internal audit, assurance, and advisory engagements for UK clients. You will collaborate with colleagues across the UK and South Africa to strengthen engagement quality and delivery.

You will review work, coach junior colleagues, and develop leadership capabilities to progress into more senior roles while maintaining high professional standards.

Competenze

• Experience in internal audit, assurance and advisory services is preferred.
• Experience coaching juniors and leading teams.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management.
