Job summary

Pro-Match Recruitment seeks an experienced Interior Designer to lead project design from concept to construction documentation for commercial interiors. Responsibilities include creating accurate drawings with AutoCAD and Revit, space planning, presenting concepts to clients, and coordinating with suppliers while meeting deadlines and budgets.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience as Interior Designer, preferably in commercial or corporate interiors.
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Experience with SketchUp, CorelDRAW and other 3D rendering software.
• Strong MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience in space planning, technical drawings, furniture specifications, and construction documentation.
• Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Source materials, finishes, furniture, and decorative items from suppliers.
• Present design concepts and proposals to clients and maintain strong client relationships throughout projects.
• Liaise with suppliers to stay informed on new products, materials, and industry trends.
• Conduct regular site visits, monitor project progress, and compile snag lists to ensure quality standards are achieved.
• Maintain and update the materials and sample library while researching new design trends and products.
• Ensure projects are completed within agreed deadlines and quality expectations.Represent the organisation professionally in all client, supplier, and project interactions.
• Assist with general administrative and office responsibilities where required.
