Qualifications

• Admitted Attorney with a minimum of 7 years of specialized experience in Intellectual Property law.
• LL.B degree or equivalent; technical/scientific degree desirable (Engineering/Sciences).
• Proven experience in patent and trademark prosecution and contentious matters.
• Strong understanding of copyright and trade secret law.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Experience in IP litigation or transactional work is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prosecute patent and trademark portfolios for a diverse range of clients.
• Advise clients on IP strategy, including registration, protection, and enforcement.
• Conduct IP due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and licensing transactions.
