You will lead risk assessments, oversee security tooling, and collaborate with IT to embed security across systems. The ideal candidate holds 5+ years in information security, with ISO/NIST/CIS experience and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Cybersecurity or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of information security experience focused on risk management and incident response.
• Proven experience with security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS).
• Strong knowledge of network/endpoint/cloud security and data privacy.
• Experience with SIEM, IDS/IPS, vulnerability scanners and related tools.
• CISSP/CISM/GSEC or equivalent certifications desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain security policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Conduct regular security audits, risk assessments, and vulnerability analyses.
• Monitor security alerts and incidents and respond effectively.
• Manage and configure security tools including firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM.
• Provide security awareness training across the organization.
• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate security into systems and apps.
• Stay updated on threats and best practices.
• Develop incident response plans and conduct post-incident reviews.
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and standards.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to team growth.
