• Strong budget management and financial acumen; ERP proficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A Master's degree or MBA is highly advantageous.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in industrial operations management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Demonstrated expertise in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other operational excellence methodologies.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale manufacturing operations and driving significant improvements in productivity and cost reduction.
• Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and relevant manufacturing software.
• Knowledge of South African industrial regulations and best practices.
• Candidates based in or willing to relocate to Vereeniging, Gauteng are preferred.
