Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years experience in industrial operations management.
• Strong leadership and team management.
• In-depth knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing operational budgets.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and strategic planning abilities.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and other operational management software.
• Committed to upholding high standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic operational plans to meet production goals and quality standards.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.

• Implement and maintain robust quality control systems and procedures.
