About the Role

Our client, a distinguished leader in the FMCG sector, is actively seeking a highly experienced Senior Industrial Engineer to spearhead critical project management and implementation initiatives. The primary focus of this role is to lead cross-functional teams in the design, development, and successful execution of complex industrial engineering projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, optimizing resource allocation, and improving overall productivity. The ideal candidate possesses robust project management capabilities, a deep understanding of industrial engineering principles, and a proven history of delivering large-scale improvements in a remote or hybrid setting. You will be instrumental in driving innovation and ensuring the seamless integration of new processes and technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and completion of industrial engineering projects from initiation to closure.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and resource requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and key milestones.
• Manage and coordinate cross-functional project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, developing contingency plans as needed.
• Oversee the implementation of process improvements, new technologies, and system upgrades.
• Track project progress against established plans and reporton key performance indicators(KPIs) to senior management.
• Ensure all project activities adhere to quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Facilitate change management processes to ensure successful adoption of project outcomes.
• Conductpost-project reviews and lessons learned sessions to capture knowledge and improve futureprojectexecution.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• PMP certification is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in industrial engineering, with at least 5 years focused on project management and implementation.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex, large-scale industrial engineering projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira).
• Expertise in lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, crucial for remote collaboration.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate diverse teams effectively in a remote environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
• Proficiency in process mapping, data analysis, and performance metrics development.
• Must be comfortable working independently and managing responsibilities in a fully remote capacity.
