Qualifications

• Matric (Grade 12) is required.
• At least 5 years in Logistics and SCM or related industries.
• 5+ years Lean Six Sigma experience.
• 5+ years in Business Analysis and Change Management.
• Experience in supply chain optimization, planning and design.
• Experience with WMS/ERP systems and TMS systems.
• Development of business and system requirements specifications (BRS/SRS).

Responsibilities

• This role supports company objectives by identifying and developing value-adding, robust solutions for customers.
• This role drives effective change management across multiple streams, projects, and objectives.
• Ensures strategic projects are scoped, analyzed, implemented, sustained, and measured.
• Manages change across departments and business segments.
• Guides the Organization through the S-Curve.
• Supports Lean Six Sigma goals and CIP initiatives for the company.
• Optimizes warehouse and transport planning.
• Collaborates with Operations and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborates with EXCO and Top Management.
