Qualifications

• Matric (Grade 12) is required.
• At least 5 years in Logistics and SCM or related industries.
• 5+ years Lean Six Sigma experience.
• 5+ years in Business Analysis and Change Management.
• Experience in supply chain optimization, planning and design.
• Experience with WMS/ERP systems and TMS systems.
• Development of business and system requirements specifications (BRS/SRS).

• This role drives effective change management across multiple streams, projects, and objectives.
• Ensures strategic projects are scoped, analyzed, implemented, sustained, and measured.

• Optimizes warehouse and transport planning.
• Collaborates with Operations and internal stakeholders.

• 5 years or more relevant Logistics and Supply Chain Management experience or Other Industry Related
• 5 years experience in Lean Six Sigma
• 5 years experience in Business Analysis and Change Management essential
• Experience in Supply Chain optimization, planning and design
• Development of BRS (Business Requirement Specifications)
• Development of SRS (System Requirement Specifications)
• WMS/ERP systems skills and experience: Operational experience, and development experience will be advantageous
• TMS systems skills and experience

Responsibilities:

• This role directly supports company objectives and contributes to identifying, analyzing, and developing value-adding and robust solutions for current and prospective customers
• This role directly supports the company objectives of effective change management across multiple streams, projects, and business objectives
• Ensuring strategic business objectives and projects are scoped, analyzed, implemented, sustained, and measured
