Qualifications

• Matric (Grade 12) is required for this role.
• 5+ years in Logistics and Supply Chain Management or related industry.
• 5+ years experience in Lean Six Sigma.
• 5+ years experience in Business Analysis and Change Management.
• Experience in Supply Chain optimization, planning and design.
• Experience in developing BRS (Business Requirement Specifications).
• Experience in developing SRS (System Requirement Specifications).
• WMS/ERP systems experience and development is advantageous.
• TMS systems experience.

Responsibilities

• This role supports company objectives by identifying and developing value-adding, robust solutions for current and prospective customers.
• Supports change management across multiple streams, projects and business objectives.
• Ensure strategic objectives and projects are scoped, analyzed, implemented, sustained and measured.
• Effectively manage change across various business segments (Departments).
• Guide the Organization through the S-Curve.
• Support Lean Six Sigma goals and CIP initiatives.
• Warehouse Optimization and Planning.
• Transport Optimization and Planning.
• Collaborate successfully with Operations and other internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate effectively with EXCO and Top Management.

• 5 years or more relevant Logistics and Supply Chain Management experience or Other Industry Related
• 5 years experience in Lean Six Sigma
• 5 years experience in Business Analysis and Change Management essential

• Development of SRS (System Requirement Specifications)
• WMS/ERP systems skills and experience: Operational experience, and development experience will be advantageous
