Job summary

NTU International is seeking a Non-Key Expert - Gender Equality & Social Inclusion Specialist to support the integration of gender equality and social inclusion across the Africa-EU space cooperation programme. The role focuses on inclusive participation, gender-responsive implementation, and equitable access to opportunities within the project activities.

Minimum qualifications include a Master’s degree in a relevant field, excellent English, and at least 8 years of experience in gender

Qualifications

• Master’s level degree in gender studies, social sciences, development studies or a related field.
• Excellent command of English; working knowledge of French and/or Portuguese is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Support systematic integration of gender equality and social inclusion across programme activities.
• Ensure inclusive participation and equitable access to opportunities generated through Africa-EU space cooperation.
• Apply gender-responsive approaches, including gender analysis and indicators, in donor-funded programmes.
