NTU International invites applications for a Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Expert to strengthen the MEL framework for the Africa-EU Space Partnership Programme. You will support design, implementation and ongoing improvement of monitoring, evaluation, and learning across donor-funded multi-partner activities.
The role requires a Master’s-level qualification or substantial equivalent experience, excellent English, and additional knowledge of French and/or Portuguese.

The programme aims to strengthen cooperation between Africa and the European Union in the space sector, supporting policy dialogue, institutional partnerships, knowledge exchange, innovation, private sector engagement and investment, while contributing to stronger and more sustainable African space ecosystems.
In this context, we are seeking a highly qualified Non Key Expert - Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Expert to support the design, implementation and continuous improvement of the programme's monitoring, evaluation and learning framework.
