Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in social media marketing with a strong focus on e-commerce.
• Proven track record of developing and executing social media strategies that drive measurable business results.
• In-depth knowledge of social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest) and advertising capabilities.
• Experience with social media management tools (Sprout Social, Buffer, Hootsuite) and analytics platforms.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce principles and consumer behavior online.
• Excellent copywriting, editing, and visual content creation skills.
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into marketing actions.
