Job summary

Together Staffing group is recruiting a Senior HRD Officer for a top client in the mining sector, based in the Free State. The role focuses on developing and implementing human resource development initiatives, training strategies, and competency programs within the operation.

The ideal candidate will hold ODETDP/HRM/HRD related qualifications, possess facilitator/assessor/moderator certifications, and have at least eight years of training experience in mining environments.

Qualifications

• Mining experience in a development/training context is essential.
• Minimum of eight years' experience in training roles.
• Experience as a Training Facilitator, Training Coordinator, or similar.
