Job summary

Placements24 seeks a remote Holistic Wellness Coach in South Africa. Work from anywhere in SA to guide clients toward physical, mental, and emotional well-being using personalized coaching via digital platforms.

You will conduct remote assessments, design holistic plans covering nutrition, fitness, stress, sleep and mindfulness, and provide ongoing one-on-one coaching with confidential records. Certifications like CHHC/AADP and 3+ years' experience are required.

Qualifications

• Certification from a recognized Holistic Health Coaching program (e.g., CHHC, AADP).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Wellness Coach with a holistic focus.
• Proven ability to coach clients remotely using digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive wellness assessments with clients remotely via video conferencing.
• Develop personalized holistic wellness plans addressing nutrition, fitness, stress management, sleep hygiene, and emotional well-being.
• Provide ongoing one-on-one coaching, support, and accountability through various channels (video calls, email, messaging).
• Educate clients on evidence-based wellness principles and empower them to adopt sustainable healthy habits.
• Monitor client progress, adjust plans as needed, and celebrate achievements to foster motivation.
• Collaborate with other wellness professionals or healthcare providers to ensure integrated care.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records using our digital systems.
• Stay current with latest research and best practices in holistic health, nutrition, fitness, and mental wellness.
• Develop and deliver engaging wellness content, such as webinars, articles, or workshops.

Requirements

• Certification from a recognized Holistic Health Coaching program (e.g., CHHC, AADP).
• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Wellness Coach or in a similar role, with a strong focus on holistic approaches.
• Proven ability to effectively coach clients remotely using digital tools and platforms.
• Comprehensive knowledge of nutrition, fitness, stress reduction techniques, mindfulness, and sleep science.
• Excellent active listening, empathy, and motivational interviewing skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities to manage a remote caseload effectively.
• Proficiency with virtual communication tools (Zoom, Teams, etc.) and client management software.
• A deep passion for empowering individuals to achieve optimal well-being.
• Ability to work autonomously and maintain high levels of professionalism and confidentiality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
