Job summary

Dis-Chem Pharmacies’ Distribution Centre in Stikland, Cape Town invites applications for a DC Picker High Level to ensure efficient and accurate picking, replenishment and stock counting in line with SOPs. You will transport goods using appropriate machinery and assist with cycle counting as required.

The role requires Grade 12, 1-2 years’ experience, and a valid HLOP license. South African residents with reliable transport are preferred; market related salary and benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Grade 12/Matric is required.
• 1-2 years relevant experience.
• Valid HLOP Machine Operating license.

Responsibilities

• Transport pallets to storage locations and keep them safe and neatly stored in the bin allocated.
• Operate a high-level order picking machine with safety harness to pick.
• Maintain speed and accuracy while picking.
• Do not remove stock without proper documentation or supervisor approval.
• Apply stock rotation by earliest expiry date.
