Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications or related field.
• 5–8 years senior-level experience in marketing, communications and/or brand management.
• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience developing marketing strategies.
• Minimum 5 years’ management experience.
• Knowledge of the agricultural sector and its customer markets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Group’s marketing and communications strategy.
• Strengthen the brand, corporate identity and reputation.
• Drive commercial growth, demand generation, and market share.
• Lead communications, content, digital platforms and social media.
• Manage marketing budget, agencies, suppliers, analytics and ROI.
• Lead, mentor and develop the marketing team.
