Job summary

Dynamic Outsourced Solutions is seeking a senior graphic design lead to drive product design for online and retail channels. You will oversee a department of junior designers, manage packaging artwork with suppliers, and coordinate monthly promotional design and signage creation.

• At least 5-7 years' experience in Graphic design with 2 years in a senior team leader role.
• Strong leadership and people management abilities.
• Lead and execute package design, liaising with suppliers to design, finalise and approve artwork.
• Manage monthly promotional design.
• Create signage as required.
• Technical and Equipment management.
• 3D product photography online.
• Update Shopify and SAP Product photography.
• Design and layout for branding.
• Design catalogues and brochures.
• Compile packaging and signage design and printing.
• Printing of positives for branding.
• Large format printing setup/ size/ colour codes.
• Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and CorelDraw knowledge.
• Knowledge of photography, video editing or digital asset management.
