Designity is a remote-first Creative-as-a-Service company that blends senior leadership with AI-enabled workflows. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will translate strategy into bold, brand-building visuals across branding, packaging, social media, and campaigns.

You will lead concepts, refine production-ready assets with typography and layout craft, and collaborate with Creative Directors while exploring AI-powered workflows to accelerate exploration without compromising artistry and quality.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional graphic design experience with strong branding and visual storytelling.
• Portfolio demonstrates branding, typography, layout, and high-quality execution, including AI-involved processes.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and modern AI-assisted creative tools.

Responsibilities

• Create high-impact visual work across branding, packaging, social media, marketing campaigns, and other visual needs.
• Turn ideas into polished execution with strong attention to typography, layout, composition, and storytelling.
• Translate strategy into design by turning brief insights into meaningful visuals.
• Adapt across brands and industries while keeping consistency and craft high.
• Collaborate with Creative Directors and fellow creatives, respond to feedback, and iterate openly.
• Protect quality by ensuring visual consistency, brand alignment, and production readiness.
• Use AI thoughtfully to accelerate ideation, exploration, and production workflows while preserving ownership of output.
• Explore new workflows and tools to find smarter, more effective ways to develop creative work.
• Keep skills current by following design trends, tools, and AI advancements.
