Job summary

NTT DATA seeks a Principal Cloud Architect (Google Cloud) to lead enterprise-scale cloud architectures across South Africa and the Middle East & Africa. You will partner with sales, consulting, and delivery teams to design secure, scalable Google Cloud platforms and governance models.

You will mentor architects, drive Terraform-based IaC, and advance CI/CD, automation, and FinOps while staying current with Google Cloud innovations and industry trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 8+ years in IT infrastructure, cloud architecture, or platform engineering.
• 4+ years focused on Google Cloud; Google Cloud certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and governance of enterprise Google Cloud solutions.
• Collaborate with sales and stakeholders to develop cloud strategies and roadmaps.
• Design secure, scalable, highly available cloud platforms using Google Cloud best practices.
