Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Geothermal, Petroleum, or Mechanical Engineering.

• Strong knowledge of reservoir engineering and thermodynamics.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and engineering of geothermal power plants and direct-use systems.
• Oversee subsurface exploration, resource assessment, and well design for geothermal resource development.
• Manage the integration of geothermal systems with existing energy infrastructure and smart grids.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to maximize energy output and system efficiency.
• Conduct technical reviews, risk assessments, and feasibility studies for new geothermal projects.
