Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Geothermal Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in geothermal energy, with emphasis on engineering and project management.
• Proven experience in geothermal resource exploration, assessment, and development.
• Proficiency in geothermal system design software and simulation tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptualization and detailed design of geothermal power plants and related infrastructure.
• Conduct feasibility studies, resource assessments, and risk analyses for new geothermal projects.
• Oversee drilling, completion, and operational phases of geothermal wells, ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Develop and implement predictive maintenance programs for geothermal equipment.
• Collaborate with geologists, reservoir engineers, and project managers.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and safety standards.
• Prepare technical reports, proposals, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the team's technical development.
• Monitor performance of existing geothermal assets and identify optimization opportunities.
