Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Geothermal Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Geology.
- 7+ years in geothermal energy or related thermal engineering.
- Experience with reservoir modeling and simulation software.
- Strong understanding of thermodynamics and fluid dynamics.
- Familiarity with drilling technologies and plant construction.
Responsabilités
- Conduct geological surveys and reservoir assessments for geothermal resource potential.
- Design and optimize geothermal power plant systems, including well drilling and fluid management.
- Develop operational procedures and ensure the safe and efficient running of plants.
- Monitor plant performance and implement improvements to maximize energy output.
- Collaborate with geologists, environmental scientists, and construction teams.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and safety protocols for geothermal operations.
