Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Geotechnical Engineering or related discipline.
• Professional registration with ECSA as a Professional Engineer (Pr Eng).
• 8+ years of post-graduate geotechnical experience with significant project management responsibility.
• Extensive experience with geotechnical software such as Plaxis, GeoStudio, or equivalent.
• Strong report writing and presentation skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead and execute geotechnical investigations, including planning, field supervision, and laboratory testing coordination.
• Perform detailed geotechnical analyses, including settlement, bearing capacity, slope stability, and seismic analyses.
• Design foundations (shallow and deep), earth retaining structures, and ground improvement solutions.
• Prepare comprehensive geotechnical investigation reports, design documents, and construction recommendations.
• Provide technical oversight and quality assurance for geotechnical aspects of construction projects.
• Manage geotechnical projects, including scope, budget, and schedule, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Mentor and develop junior geotechnical engineers and technologists.
• Engage with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure successful project outcomes.
