Formación

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Game Designer with shipped titles on PC or console.
• Ability to design and implement complex game systems (combat, progression, or economy).
• Strong understanding of game design principles and player psychology.
• Experience with game design documentation tools and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration in a hybrid Sandton setting.

Responsabilidades

• Design and document core game mechanics, systems, and features that align with the overall game vision.
• Create detailed design specifications, flowcharts, and wireframes for gameplay elements.
• Prototype and iterate on game mechanics, collaborating with programmers and artists to bring concepts to life.
