Job summary

Vista Group is seeking a senior Full Stack Developer to own features in a 30/70 split between backend and frontend. You will work with React/TypeScript, C#, .NET and modern CSS, building world-class cinema websites for our international clients from Cape Town.

This hybrid role requires collaboration with Product Owners and Engineers, strong code quality, CI/CD, and on-call support, with 2 days per week in the office.

Qualifications

• Senior full-stack development experience in ecommerce or similar commerciales environments.
• Strong front-end focus with React/TypeScript.
• Experience with C#, .NET (web APIs, MVC) is essential.
• Experience with CSS/SCSS and modern frameworks (Tailwind/others).
• Familiarity with Umbraco CMS is beneficial.
• Experience leading or mentoring developers is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop server-side applications and user interfaces using React, TypeScript, C#, and .NET.
• Deliver and maintain features within Umbraco backed CMS.
• Develop and integrate REST APIs.
• Implement responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Set up CI/CD pipelines and automated tests.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Engineers.
• Join on-call support roster during holiday periods.
