Job summary

Qualifications

• Grade 12/NQF aligned certificate is required; a tertiary IT qualification is ideal.
• Minimum 6+ years in full stack development, with project delivery and implementation.
• Experience with modern front-end/back-end frameworks, SDLC, and testing practices.

Responsibilities

• Design software solutions and translate business needs into architecture.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable systems.
• Build and optimize complex software with focus on performance and security.
• Develop reusable APIs and components for future use.
• Lead code reviews, drive CI/CD, and enforce secure coding practices.
• Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge with product teams.
• Ensure alignment with capacity planning, monitoring, and reliability.
