Job summary

Imizizi is seeking a capable IT professional to perform requirement analysis, develop and maintain platform applications, and participate in code reviews to ensure quality and maintainability. The role involves testing, deployment support, and incident resolution in a dynamic team environment.

You will collaborate on ISO-standard documentation, develop scalable solutions, and provide third-level production support as needed, including coaching colleagues and users in best practices.

Qualifications

• Work experience and a diploma/degree in Business or IT.

Responsibilities

• Requirement Analysis
• Development and maintenance on platform/application
• Code Reviews: Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices.
• Testing and defect resolution
• Involvement and support in Deployment process
• Provide third-level support for production incidents, when required
• Develop systems solutions in line with quality and delivery requirements
• Preparation of system/technical documentation (as per ISO standards)
• Review and present proposed system solution to IT Product Owner / Leader / System owner
• Agile Methodologies: Actively participate in Agile ceremonies to contribute to team dynamics and project progress.
• Ability and willingness to coach and give training to fellow colleagues and users when required
