Job summary

Imizizi is seeking an experienced IT/Business Analyst to translate business requirements into AS-IS and TO-BE designs, obtain user sign-off, and drive functional and technical design documents.

You will lead process improvements, configuration changes, and integration efforts, coordinate testing, user training, and go-live activities, and work within an Agile framework to deliver reliable solutions.

Qualifications

• Requires IT/business degree or equivalent; 6+ years experience in BA/IT roles.
• Experience delivering AS-IS/TO-BE business process designs and sign-off with users.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and IT project life cycles.

Responsibilities

• Understand business requirements and prepare AS-IS/TO-BE documents with user sign-off.
• Proactively propose improvements to new or existing business processes.
