Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement robust and scalable full-stack applications, including front-end user interfaces and back-end services.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using modern programming languages and frameworks (e.g., JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, Vue.js for front-end; Python, Java, Node.js, Go for back-end).
• Develop and manage RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Integrate with third-party financial data providers and payment gateways.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define project requirements and technical specifications.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
• Conduct thorough testing, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the stack.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices in full-stack development and fintech.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in full-stack development.
• Proven expertise in front-end technologies (e.g., JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, modern JS frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js).
• Strong proficiency in back-end languages and frameworks (e.g., Python/Django/Flask, Node.js/Express, Java/Spring).
• Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps principles.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience in the FinTech industry is highly advantageous.
