Job summary

Placements24 in Sandton is seeking a talented Senior Frontend Developer to enhance our digital product offerings. You will design and implement responsive interfaces, collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend developers, and translate concepts into high-quality code that delivers an exceptional user experience.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, at least 5 years of frontend experience, strong HTML5/CSS3/ES6+, proficiency with a major framework (React, Angular or Vue), and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
Minimum 5 years of professional frontend development experience.
Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
Proficiency with at least one major frontend framework (React/Angular/Vue).
Experience with responsive design and build tools.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain engaging user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes into interactive web pages.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and cross-browser performance.
Implement and manage state management and API integrations.
Mentor junior frontend developers and conduct code reviews.
