Job summary

Labournet Technology in Johannesburg is seeking an exceptional Senior Front-End Developer to design and implement visually aesthetic user interfaces. You will collaborate with architects, analysts, UX/UI designers, QA and back-end developers to deliver a polished web experience.

You will ensure performance, accessibility, and responsive design across platforms, perform unit testing, and contribute to documentation within an agile, hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with RESTful API integration.
• 3–5 years as AngularJS developer.
• 8 years development experience total.
• In-depth knowledge of front-end interfaces.
• Fundamental knowledge of UX/UI.
• Fundamental knowledge of SEO.

Responsibilities

• Design, plan and implement visually aesthetic user interfaces.
• Identify issues with front-end code and rectify them to resolve bugs.
• Audit code to identify bottlenecks of performance and apply continuous improvement.
• Complete unit testing and all related technical documentation for a fully functional front end application.
• Ensure high performance across all platforms, including desktop, mobile responsiveness and full mobile app.
• Work within a cross-functional team to deliver towards a common goal in an agile way of work.

Job Description

We are currently looking for an exceptionalSenior Front-End Developer towork with other team members like the architects, analysts, UX/UI, QA, and back-end developers. You will design and implement visually aesthetic user interfaces. Identify issues with front end code and rectify them to remove bugs. Create unit tests to ensure code is functioning as expected.

You will make sure that everything the user sees and hears on the Web application is a great journey and aligns with the standards, CI, and branding.
