Placements24 is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to lead end-to-end hiring in the FMCG & Retail sector from our Soweto office. You will source, interview, and place senior talent, while building lasting client relationships and delivering market insights to inform talent strategies.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience in FMCG & Retail.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with ATS and social media sourcing for effective talent discovery.
• Office-based role in Soweto with a client-focused mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for FMCG & Retail roles.
• Develop sourcing strategies to attract top talent across functions.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate fit and capabilities.
• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders in FMCG & Retail.
• Provide market insights and consult on talent, compensation, and trends.
• Meet placement targets and contribute to business growth; mentor juniors.
