Responsibilities

Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for key FMCG product categories.
Conduct in-depth market research, consumer insights analysis, and competitive benchmarking.
Lead cross-functional teams (R&D, Marketing, Sales, Operations) through product lifecycle from ideation to launch and optimization.
Develop product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies to drive adoption and sales.
