Placements24 is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to manage key FMCG accounts in the Sandton area. You will develop strategic sales plans, grow relationships with retailers and distributors, and drive revenue by meeting and exceeding targets.

The role requires 4–6 years of key account FMCG sales experience, strong negotiation and CRM skills, and willingness to travel within Gauteng. A competitive base with commission and growth opportunities is offered.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• 4–6 years of experience in a sales role with a focus on key account management in FMCG
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of CRM, sales processes, and channel management
• Willingness to travel within the Sandton, Gauteng region

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for key accounts
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key customers, distributors, and retail partners
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory
• Understand customer needs and requirements, and propose suitable product solutions
• Negotiate contracts, terms of business, and pricing with key accounts
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies
• Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals
• Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless product delivery and support
• Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to management
